Judith’s place was just as described. Check in was fine as the house manager was there to let me in. Judith was contactable and quick to try to resolve any issues.

The place I booked was unavailable when I arrived to check-in. I had to Contact the host to get information. Thankfully they got another property for me which was fine. Luckily I was driving so was mobile.

Best to avoid this place will mention a few reasons why as there's too many to list all. host did not contact me about check in at all untill 3.30pm on the day of check in (check in was at 4pm) which resulted in me calling airbnb support. I drove all the way to the house to be told i wont be able to check in due to some electrical fault and was told by the host to book some hotel nearby and i would be reimbursed.. which was a major inconvenience. Hotel booked.. was told will be able to check in at 12pm the next day. at 12pm was told to wait till 1pm then told to wait till 2pm finally at 2.30pm i was finally able to check in after trying to call the host like 20 times. hotel check out was 11am so was basically hanging about the streets for 4/5 hours not to mention the fuel costs travelling between the hotel and airbnb. paid for the hotel on a Thursday, after asking the host multiple times a day for 5 days i was then finally sent my money back on Tuesday the following week. communication was basically non existent the host accidentally sent me the payment twice which then lead to me being hounded by the host for the payment back.. explained to the host the payment can take up to 24hrs to arrive as i have sent up a new payee, host wasnt interested and then went on to threaten to have me blacklisted from airbnb and booking.com. (dont know what it has to do with booking.com when we have booked with airbnb) My advice is to avoid this place and save yourself a headache as this place is nothing but that. also the host could learn some manners. This place doesn't even have a mug or cup. had to buy one from shops just to have a cup of tea.

A quiet place to stay for a couple of people who want easy access to Aberdeen. Conveniently located to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, the reason for my trip. Only a few minutes drive from local conveniences, including a Tesco Extra and. Aberdeen beach and promenade is about a 10 minute drive. Access to the flat was easy. I was shown the apartment by Kenneth and he was on hand if I needed anything. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen adequate for my needs.
