Charmaine’s place was in a perfect location for me, just 5 mins walk from work and form the Venice Mall as well. The apartment, even if it’s not a large unit, it has everything you need. Also, it’s just 20 mins walk /10 min taxi from BGC where you can find every kind of bars, stores and restaurants. The host is friendly and attentive!
The unit is suitable for a single or couple wanting easy access to BGC and neighboring cities. It needs a little bit of a touch up as the cabinets looked broken, shower head keeps falling off and walls chipping off. Also, they need to kill the cockroaches inside as I’ve seen a few while staying there. The unit has a good enough ventilation. During my stay, the water pressure was just disappointing as it isn’t comfortable when having a shower. There was also a time the water supply got cut off because of an unknown reason. Charmaine has been really responsive to all my inquiries.
