This centrally located condo is exactly as pictured. Modern, well-laid out, with everything we needed for our visit. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in the city (only needing to drive to out-of-town locations like Butchart) and had so many great food options (Chinatown & many other ethnic restaurants, bakeries, cafes & brunch places, etc.). At the end of a long day, the condo was a quiet little oasis. This is a managed rental, so it's more hotel-like than a lot of Airbnbs (which I mean in a positive way -- everything was pristine and uncluttered), but with extras like a full kitchen and washer & dryer. The IRIS employees I interacted with were all super helpful & professional. There was a mix-up with the cleaning service, but I got a quick response and they made everything right. I would definitely stay in this or another IRIS property in the future.

Location was central and easy to walk anywhere downtown Victoria. The unit was very spacious, bright, and comfortable! Guest services was responsive and answered all our questions.

Condo is in an awesome location! So easy to walk to everything downtown. It has a great layout too, a spacious living room and dining room and nice to have 3 bedrooms. The mattresses were a little soft, but other than that, no complaints! We would definitely stay here again.

A great, comfortable spot with easy access to downtown. We did have an issue with accessing the unit, but Iris Properties rectified it right away, which was much appreciated.
