Location was perfect for us doing mix of Miami + Everglades. Nice neighborhood. Some good restaurants that Franklin recommended nearby -- loved the Peruvian place especially! Franklin gives detailed information about things to do, shopping, restaurants, etc. to make things easy. Pool area was great too.

My recent stay was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The house itself was impeccably maintained, with every corner exuding a sense of cleanliness and warmth. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that guests feel not just welcomed, but truly at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the back porch and pool area. After a day of exploring the nearby attractions, coming back to this was pure bliss. Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations. Nice 4b, 3 b house with a private pool. Location is close to Everglades NP. Franklin is nice, friendly and responsive to questions. Only minor issue is next to a relatively busy road but was not a big issue for sleep overall.

Franklin was so helpful. If we had a question he replied within seconds. The entire home was simply amazing. We loved to spend our time here!
