Great location near a few great biking/hiking spots. Beautiful home and forest. Bumpy dirt road up to the house but easy in our truck! Would love to stay here again.

Such a cute cabin for a family fall getaway! The location is close to all local attractions but you definitely need a truck to get up the driveway as it is steep and gravel! We loved the space and it was perfect for our family getaway. Our only complaint was the camera on the front porch would “randomly” come on. In the listing it said there were noise monitoring devices that did not record, not multiple ring cameras- honestly were okay with cameras but the front porch ring doorbell camera (that we have at home a know how it works) would frequently come on for varying amounts of time while we were outside with our family. We didn’t appreciate this as it felt like someone was actively watching us while on vacation…we understand the need for cameras to protect property and footage to review if something were to happen, but this made us rather uncomfortable that it was being activated by someone while we were there. Overall our stay was wonderful & the property was nice & good location!

We had a great stay, everything was as expected. Make sure you have the appropriate vehicle to navigate the road leading up to the driveway. The house was clean and very well maintained. Communication with Corey was excellent, he was very responsive. This cabin in the woods is just what we were hoping to experience!

Corey’s Cabin was exactly as advertised! Our family of 5 had a great 4-night visit. The cabin was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal for our hikes to Pisgah Forest and not too far from Asheville either. The price was very fair for the value of our stay. As others have noted, the path/driveway up to the cabin is a bit steep, esp. if you are not used to driving in the mountains, but our Honda Pilot got the job done each day making the daily climb. The downtowns of Brevard and Hendersonville were both nice and not too far away.

Great place, my family and friends loved the quiet hideaway. Just what we needed to get away and be comfortable in the mountains.
