We stayed at Nathaniel's place on a football game weekend. It was nice to stay so close to the stadium - about 1.5 miles away - definitely a perk! Nathaniel was very responsive and always answered me right away. His house is very roomy with 4 bedrooms and 2 sitting rooms on different levels plus a loft. Besides the bedroom accommodations, he left linens for sleeping in the downstairs sitting room and the upstairs loft. It's rare to have that much sleeping availability so close to campus. He has many interesting trinkets from all of his travels! You might want to request to move them out of harm's way if you have toddlers, but we were all adults in our party so it wasn't an issue. Very private neighborhood with a large yard. It was a little difficult to find in the dark because of no street lights. Which was the only "problem" we had, but not really a problem. We had a great weekend! Thanks Nathaniel!

We stayed at Nathaniel’s for a Penn State football game and loved the location. Walkable to downtown and the stadium. Great experience!

Nathaniel is a very responsive host and the place is just as he described as shown in the photos. There is plenty of space with 4 bedrooms plus a loft. 20 minute walk to the center of downtown and 25 minute walk to the stadium.

Fantastic house in a great location. The property was everything we hoped it would be and was so close to all that State College has to offer.
