Michelle was an excellent host and was always quick to respond. Her house worked fantastically for our group and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Location location 5 stars or more. This property is a gem in Hawaii Kai area. Since we stayed in this area the first time a couple of years ago, we came back to spend more time. The house is a perfect fit for 8 of us, clean, amenities is fulfilled. Moreover, Michelle is responsive to our request. Other than a few minor flaws, this place deserve a 5 stars overall from us. Highly recommended. We would definitely rent this property again when we’re back to Oahu. Many thanks to Michelle from our family.

Comfortable beds, air conditioning in each bedroom. Nice kitchen. The only drawback was no air conditioning in living room. But with windows and doors open and a couple of fans, it wasn’t too hot in July. Safeway and Costco close by. 20 minutes to Waikiki and 20 minutes to Kailua beach. Beautiful views from home and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe.

There's more good to say than bad about Michelle's house. If you're like me and don't want to be crowded by tourists, this is the perfect location! it's about a 25 minute drive to Waikiki. Grocery stores are about a 5 minute drive, Koko marina with great eats is also a 5 minute drive. Koko head botanical garden, lighthouse hike, sea life park, plenty of beaches are all nearby. Location couldn't be anymore perfect! The views from the house are absolutely breathtaking! We spent a lot of time just sitting outside just taking it all in. Now, for the bad, keep in mind we are not picky people. The flooring was done very poorly. Plenty of places there were corners sticking up that would catch your socks. No a/c in the main living area, this was our biggest complaint because we had a hard time gathering at the end of each day. The house would get very hot during the day, but it would cool down nicely at night. The remote for the TV didn't work, not a big deal with smartphones.
