I was really hoping to get a great experience with seeing all the great reviews but that was not the case. The cabin was not cleaned well broken light in the bedroom brought this up to host and was told that someone would come out the next day that never happened was also told to use the broom there to clean when checking in instead of them coming back to clean right. Next day no one ever came to fix issue with broken lights on top of all that the tub took hours to drain after showers I didn’t even mention this to them as they didn’t care about the previous issues. I was on spring break with my kids so just left it all alone and made do. Also my son was excited to fish but it is over grown and not safe so he was not happy about that. Also yes there is ac but it’s not allowed past 76. I don’t believe this is a place for a family maybe better for singles or couples wanting just just camp with ac.

The Lakefront Cabin was a nice place to rest after our busy days exploring what the Clearwater, St. Pete, Seminole, and surrounding areas of Florida had to offer. Jay’s place was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed for our family of three, but we could have added even a few more friends if needed! Jay was timely in his responses and the instructions were easy to understand. Self check in was a breeze and parking couldn’t be easier. Though at the end of a trailer park, the neighbors were nice and the spaces were well kept. We would return for another visit.

Looks just like the pictures. It was comfortable for myself, 2 kids, and my mother. It was easy to find and conveniently located to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions. Jay is attentive, and when we couldn't get the TV to work and the can opener wasn't working, he sent someone out to replace the can opener and help us with the TV. Would probably stay here again if in the area.
