Spacious and comfortable, clean place. Owners have obviously thought of most anything you would want or need. Very responsive to questions or needs. Especially liked the convenience of washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. Kitchen well stocked with spices, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, paper towels, dishwasher and detergent, coffee packs/filters, other beverage packets, bottled water. We appreciated that although it was 2 levels (main living level and 2 bedrooms up with private ground floor 'master' bedroom/bath downstairs), the stairway had a door at the top (we had kids with us) and was next to the fridge, not as obvious to the kids. Good TV. Sunny front balcony for cooler weather, shady back balcony for summer. Garage if you needed it! Check in at gate was quick and easy, no problems, $46 each car. We did not use any of the community grounds, but lake, beach and playground sounded great. The dramatic drive up 120 to Groveland was a thrill for all of us.

The place is exactly as pictured. There was some confusion over the fireplace but it was resolved quickly. It was easy to contact hosts and they responded promptly. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby although I’d suggest stocking up on Sonora to avoid the higher prices in town. Overall very relaxing and what we expected.

The best airbnb I've been to. Very good place and location, the entrance is just a bit confusing because there are two and you need to go through the main one. Experience 10/10
