Pros: close to super market and has adequate sleeping space for a larger group. Owner is proactive about communicating. Cons: we had some hiccups with cleanliness, it was louder than anticipated- cars revving every night and a fight outside of the house one night. It is a suburban community with homes very close together. In general the property needs a refresh; chairs in kitchen are ripped, sink never looks clean, toaster didn’t close etc. Drive to Carmel was ~35 mins but consistently an hour in the evening to return back to the house if you plan to tour the area.

Spacious house. Great hosts and very responsive. Location was great as it was close to where we wanted to be in Salinas. Property was clean when we arrived and had all the essentials we needed. Thank you!

The house was really nice and it was great for everyone to have their own bedrooms. I really liked the floor plan for a group like ours! The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. I would definitely do it again!
