Joshua and Hugo took great pictures of their property so I knew what to expect upon arrival. In addition, the helpful emails prior to check-in and simple to operate home left me with very few questions while at the property. They were friendly and responsive and well as proactive about suggestions. The home is cozy and clean and plenty of space. The heating system worked well on those very cold nights but a space heater in the closet did the trick when a bit more heat was necessary. I enjoyed the fireplace, Amazon speakers, big TV in the lower level, and the dedicated work space. The property is mostly secluded and surrounded by nature. As pretty as it was in the winter, I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable in warmer weather. I certainly recommend this place and plan to return the next time I'm in the area. Thanks again, gentlemen for a pleasant and productive visit.

We had an amazing stay here for a relaxing girl's trip. So beautiful and peaceful. The house was stunning, clean, and had plenty of cooking essentials. The beds were very comfortable and the house beautifully decorated. We had the perfect weekend and enjoyed the peace and tranquility of their lovely property! We are hoping to make it a yearly trip! 100% recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!

Loved our stay in this cabin in Averill Park!! VERY spacious area, several beds (easily could fit 6 people). Very peaceful location, closest grocery store about 15 minutes away. The hosts Josh & Hugo were very friendly and proactive in reaching out (also readily available throughout our stay). Several condiments and spices left in kitchen, made it easy to cook at home here! Will note that outside could use a few more chairs on the deck and at the firepits (if you have more than 2 people). Also, no TV in the main living room (1 downstairs), and no microwave in the kitchen. Just helpful to know ahead of time! Loved our stay, felt very welcomed, and would definitely stay here again!
