We are located in the heart of Padua, a few steps from the Basilica of Sant'Antonio and from Prato della Valle, one of the largest squares in Europe. The apartment, completely renovated and newly furnished, is ideal for those who want to spend a stay in a quiet, elegant and exclusive place while remaining close to every point of interest in the famous city of Padua. Our housing solution, complete with all essential appliances and a simple but modern design, will be the ideal place to spend part of your time in wonderful Padua. Our apartment is equipped with the latest technology that will adapt perfectly to your needs. The accommodation consists of a living room with a table and two chairs where you can enjoy your meals, a double bed in front of which you will find a 43" Smart TV to spend a quiet evening watching your favorite programs; this open space also incorporates the kitchen where you will find appliances such as a toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave oven, etc. In the bathroom, complete with sanitary ware, sink and shower, you will find a welcome kit (shampoo, shower gel and body lotion) and towels of various sizes. The apartment is studied in detail, equipped with high-speed WiFi internet connection, air conditioning and heating. Despite being located in the city center, the apartment is equipped with fixtures that allow you to enjoy peace and relaxation, totally isolating external noise. You will find centralized VMC ventilation, i.e. a forced air recirculation system with room humidity management system and air sanitization of up to 99% of the bacteria and viruses present in the air. Outside, you will find a pleasant patio with sofas, armchairs and tables, where you can spend convivial moments in the open air, relax and/or work from your PC. The structure is also equipped with a laundry room on the -1 floor: a washing machine, a washer-dryer and a dryer will be at your disposal to wash and hang your clothes comfortably in a space dedicated only to this. ottimo location in pieno centro, struttura molto organizzata. appartamento pulito, di facile accesso, comunicazioni con il propietario facile. sicuramente se torno a Padova affitto ancora una volta. le cinque stelle le merita tutte!
Ottima posizione. Stanze essenziali ma dotate di tutto il necessario. Per chi vuole godersi Padova è da consigliare
L'appartamento è nuovissimo e pulitissimo, dotato di ogni comfort. Si trova nel pieno centro di Padova, letteralmente a due passi dalla basilica di Sant'Antonio, in una stradina piena di negozi interessanti e un bar con paste buonissime di ogni tipo. L'intero edificio è accessibile per le persone con disabilità (tema che mi sta particolarmente a cuore), fornito di pedana di ingresso e di ascensore. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile per qualunque cosa.

Appartement tout neuf donc très propre dans une résidence de location, confortable et très bien située. Lucia, qui nous a accueillis, est très réceptive et très serviable. Un seul bémol si on a le sommeil léger : notre appartement donnait sur la rue, et le bruit des voitures sur les pavés est très sonore.
