We loved the property. It was cozy, clean and everything we needed to make our visit to Pennsylvania perfect. It had its own designated parking slot. We met some neighbors which were very friendly and gave us some tomatoes and flowers from their garden. Very close to some fantastic restaurants. Joseph responded fast to every question I had and we will surely plan to use his property in the future.

As described. Everything was clean. Instructions were clear for entry. A couple minor issues: make sure you have your streaming app passwords, there is no “regular” cable TV, just some funky Samsung TV Plus thing. No regular channels or news. Thank God we were able to Netflix! You will have to eat in the living room on the coffee table, there are no kitchen or folding chairs to eat in the kitchen table. An easy fix to put a couple folding chairs in the closet to pull out as needed. We like to sit outside in the evening and drink coffee so we had to buy a couple golf chairs at Walmart. So bring your golf chairs if you want to sit outside. Lastly the AC is just a window unit. We went late July it was almost 90 degrees inside when we got there. Had to turn the air on and leave for a couple hours to get the temperature to a comfortable level. Once it got cool, the AC was sufficient to keep unit cool. All in all a great experience though. We met the friendly neighbors too.

We enjoyed our stay, tastefully decorated, clean and comfy. Joseph was a great host and we would love to come back here again if ever in the area.

Joseph was an excellent communicator! The cottage was a very comfortable space and having a full kitchen was great. The neighborhood was really nice and it was very conveniently located to all kinds of area amenities.

Great place! We came with our two kiddos and it was a bit small for all of us when it came to sleeping-but was great otherwise. There’s a cute playground across the street, as well as a freight train behind the house (which our toddler loved) but woke us up a couple times during the night.
