Me and my cousins came and stayed here on the weekend, we had a brilliant time. Very clean and tidy place looks the part, I would deffo come here again. Recommend to anyone!

The setting was incredible, secluded and peaceful just what we wanted as a group of 4 friends. Both hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly, would proactively provide recommendations and clear instructions for arrival etc. Fast response if there was any queries. The lodge was spotlessly clean and smelled divine, so much so we all wanted the details of the air freshener used. Amazing sunrise to watch from the hottub, something I won't forget and perfect stargazing too. I've given 5 stars as stay and hosts were worth it, 2 small noted feedback, there is only 1 towel per person provided, to use the same one for the hot tub and to shower for the weekend wasn't enough. Also a £200 deposit is required in event any stains were left on bedding or towels that couldn't be removed when washed, this did make us a little anxious incase something happened and we'd lose the deposit. I would definitely return and we all said the same, hope to take my dog with me next time 😊

Had a great time at Talog Country Retreat, the hosts were amazing and were very helpful with taxis and other recommendations. The cottage was spotless and plenty of room for 6 adults.
