Located in the heart of historic downtown Frankfort, this building is newly remodeled. Seven luxury apartments opened on the second floor in October 2020 and were immediately sought after on Airbnb gaining us super host status. The hotel room was finished in July and added to Airbnb in November 2021. It is located off the lobby, but the lobby is only accessible for self check in key pick up with an access code, so you can feel secure in knowing you should not be disturbed by noisy guests running past your door.

Since we are located on the corner of the courthouse square, multiple restaurants, banks, boutiques, etc are within walking distance as well as Prairie Creek Park which hosts concerts and community events. Weekday parking is restricted to 3 hours, so you can park 1/2 block away at 51 West during the day and park streetside in front of the hotel door any other time at no charge.
