This worked perfectly while visiting my daughter at DePauw. I could walk to her sorority house, downtown shopping and restaurants. Very clean and peaceful.

Very nice place to stay for 1-2 people. Perfect location close to DePauw and downtown. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The only small downsides are that it is a little dark since there is just the one frosted glass window and you can hear all the footsteps of the people living above you. Overall really great stay.

Great apartment! Close to downtown restaurants and DePauw campus. Clean, cute and perfect size place for two people. Excellent!
