A water front retreat with amazing views and private beach area awaits up to 6 guests at this Warner vacation cottage. Resting on spring fed Pleasant Pond w/ a wrap around deck, 4 bedrooms, 1 bath, you'll enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay at this newly renovated NH getaway. Ice fish, ice skate, snow mobile on the frozen pond or sit by the fire pit and take in everything NH has to offer. - 20 mins to Mt Sunapee, Pats Peak, and Crotched Mountain. 12 mins to the historic capital city of Concord! This is an old cottage with 4 small bedrooms. Most of the cottage has been updated to include: new foundation, a new wrap around deck, new kitchen with all new appliances (stove/fridge/microwave/dishwasher), new water well, new central heating/cooling system, new bathroom, two of the bedrooms have new beds one being a futon. The kitchen and the shower are seperate rooms both floors have a slight slant from the original structure. There are three new flat screen televisions two of which are smart t.v.'s with full wi-fi access. Outside there is a new fire pit, a new grill, and a new swim out dock. There is also a two person kayak- all opened for guests to use.

the cottage worked perfectly for my family! We comfortably fit 3 couples and a single in the home. The views of the water exceeded my expectations and the privacy of the fire pit was also wonderful. The home was accessible for family members with mobility issues and that was a plus for us. The home was stocked with plenty of games and televisions so entertainment. Grocery stores were within a reasonable distance and Charlie Macs had great pizza. The home felt comfortable and relaxing. However, make sure you are close with the people you are staying with because there is only a little bit of privacy as there are not true doors on the bedrooms, only folding closet style doors (including shower area). All together, a wonderful experience with thoughtful and considerate hosts! Would 100% stay here again if I were to be in the area.
Over priced three season camp/shack not a cottage, Doors did not close. Had to have space heaters in an attempt to keep warm. Not insulated properly. Furnished from the dump. Duck taped vents to keep out cold. Safety hazard fire alarms were disabled and laying on top of fridge along with a woodstove not to code with burn marks on carpet. Allan promised a small refund but reneged. He claims charge for pets that I was unaware of. Trash left in shack where you store trash stairs unsafe. I regret renting this place.
This place is a gem. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the home is so comfortable. I worked from the room looking out on the water. We loved sitting by the fire and watching TV in the evening. We had my 88 year old father with us and the layout and ease of entry were great for someone with mobility issues. We loved our stay.
My husband and I, along with our dog, had a wonderful time spending the long weekend at this peaceful cabin on a quiet pond. We enjoyed spending time out on the deck watching the geese and relaxing in front of the gorgeous fireplace. Allan as a host was great - super communicative and friendly. The cottage itself was perfect and I absolutely loved all of the autumn decorations- it made the stay extra special.
Quiet, clean. Quick access of off highway. Good little place to eat a few miles down the road. Good communication.

The neighborhood is serene and has a country type atmosphere. All surrounding neighbors are very friendly and most live there year round.
