Muy buena ubicación, muy céntrico para turistear, muy buen precio para lo que ofrecen. Lo único es que no me había dado cuenta es que aparte de lo que pagas en la app tienes que pagar $20 extras por noche cuando haces el check in. El cuarto muy amplio, limpio, cama cómoda. Si volvería.

The receptionists were professional during our stay. However, there were times when there was miscommunication with the staff. For example, I got into the shower and noticed that while I was trying to shower, the bottles of complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were empty. We asked numerous times for the bottles to be replenished. The first time, we received the wrong items. The second time, I was forced to wait in the shower in the HOPES that someone would come. I was told that, “we have already put in the request, please wait a few minutes.” They never even came back. At this point I had to get dressed and walk 4-5 blocks to purchase my OWN hygiene products for a room that, mind you, didn’t even match the photos and description AND cost us a hefty sum of money. We called the next morning to request extra towels, and the gentleman at the front desk, who promptly handled our request, finally got in touch with staff and made sure we FINALLY got our items from the first day.
