With a global stall for most businesses (specially restaurants), Puerta Vieja’s owner, Manuel, began to innovate with vacuum packed dishes and home delivery services. In 2021, the reactivation of commercial flights slowly took over and, with Airbnb’s upturn in the market, Los Cabos began to receive tourists from all over the world again. This encouraged Manuel and his wife, Tere, to start adapting their restaurant with private rooms to receive customers. By October 2021, they officially opened the doors of 7 beautifully decorated rooms with an exquisite taste you’ll find in every picturesque corner.
