The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2 was that Airbnb support issued a partial refund. The listing itself is pretty similar to what is pictured. There are very few kitchen supplies or cooking utensils. We had to ask for hand soap, hand towels, and extra toilet paper. They left basically one roll per bathroom for a 3 night stay for 9 people. There was an active termite infestation while we were there. The host attempted to state that the termites came in through the window or door, which is inaccurate because termites dwell inside a home. They don't live outside. There were live termites in the home, including on my toothbrush, and termite wings scattered in multiple places. Overall the listing was fine, but I wouldn't stay here again

my friends and i stayed at adel’s house for ultra and it was great for a large group. the main house has 3 rooms and 2 baths while the back house has 2 rooms and 2 baths. the power went out for less than an hour one night and adel was responsive in letting us know there was a temporary outage in the neighborhood. the only cons to the house were that we did not have enough supplies. the house provided bare minimum of towels, trash bags, and paper towels. we ended up having to buy more towels and toilet paper. the kitchen also lacks a lot of cooking utensils. other than that, adel was responsive and accommodating. we just needed more house hold items for a large group.

Our stay for New Year’s was amazing. Adel was very responsive and helpful. Very smooth, easy process. Beautiful home.

Nice stay with 3 friends. Neighborhood close to fancy places. Clean apartment and very responsive host.
