Very satisfied with our stay! Appreciate the communication and high hospitality. Lovely house, location was perfect for us as we stayed with kids,close to beautiful lagoons. Definitely recommend Dee as a host, hope we’ll come back again! Mahalo!

Pro’s -This condo and location are next to none. Everything is walkable and within 10-15 minutes. -The place was clean, well maintained and comfortably furnished. -Earl the property manager was great and friendly. When we needed something he was the guy Con’s - Bad communication. Dee was hard to get a hold when there was issues. 1 example is , We needed to get a parking pass or we were going to get fined, this took 2 days. - the picture on air bnb do notmatch the furniture.Please note both beds are different and both beds are queens. Dressers, night stands, couches, dining table, everything is different. - I broke my leg days before arriving and they were not accommodating at all. They wouldn’t offer a refund only a credit, but then wouldn’t send me a credit. Finally, we showed up a couple days late, but they would allow us to recoup our lost days on the back end, credit the days or issue a partial refund. Love the place but they could work on their communication &understanding

Check in was terrible. Notified the host 30 minutes prior to arrival as instructed. I was met by the operations, Earl, at the gate of the neighborhood and he clearly stated that he would return in no more than 5 minutes with the key fob. He returned 40 minutes later. During the 40 minute wait I contacted the host multiple times only to be ignored. I also booked this place because it clearly stated that there were 2 available parking spots but there was only one available on the premise. The second vehicle ended up getting multiple citations by the neighborhood security. The place itself was very nice and I wish I could give a higher rating but based on the terrible check in experience and inaccurate description of the parking I think rating 3/5 is more than generous.

beautiful, well-kept apartment with a great private and safe location. It's only a 5 - 10 minute walk to the four lagoons. Various great restaurants within walking distance as well as shopping opportunities. the accommodation was very clean and as described. It has access to the garden and its own lockable garage for the car. Dee always responded very quickly and courteously. we really enjoyed our stay!

A home away from home was very comfortable and well decorated. It was located pretty close to good restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay there.
