Peron is exceptional kind and thoughtful to guest. The home truly has great energy, bright and airy and nice breeze being a 8 min drive straight down to beach by fwy. Everything is well designed and comfortable. I had a urgent matter to handle and without doubt she refunded me with no penalty. Quality space and home.

Perons house was nice and quiet. It was not listed that there are 2 houses on one lot and that the house in the back was also a rental. The house rules and house info is readily available, but they sound so direct and stern that we actually just felt uncomfortable. I sent Perón a list of things that needed attention for fear that I would be charged at the end of our stay there stay, and it seemed as though he/she got offeneded. Especially when I mentioned that there were not enough outlets, because at least one of every one we wanted to use was already being used by something they had plugged in. I especially liked the rule that said that we were pretty much forbidden to park in front of the neighbors house, especially when there street parking is limited. The pictures of the back yard looked really nice. In person, the area was pretty weather beaten. We were there for 1 month. Most of the issues were fixed 3 days before our check out date, for the next tenants.

Stayed for a month and it was great! Lots of space, nice neighborhood, and convenient location. There were a few issues that came up during our stay and the host and co-host were very prompt, communicative and got the issues fixed! Will definitely be staying again in the future!

Perón is a top tier host. Excellent communication, the home is beautiful and they were prompt in addressing a minor issue. My dogs enjoyed dog park sniffs and leisurely walks around the street. We were supposed to do a long term stay and ended up needing to term our rental early and they were very understanding and explained the process to us. Although we did not get to explore much, what we did try around the house was great. We'd be happy to come back again if we ever find ourselves back in California.

This house was an amazing stay for the price. It was exactly what we needed. Everything you need is just a short drive away and the dog park across the street was a big bonus. The host was nice, caring and very attentive during our stay. We’ll definitely look into staying at other properties she hosts. Thank you so much Peron for accommodating us.
