Emmanuel was extremely friendly and responsive and made my stay as pleasant as possible, thank you. The apartment is in a very central location but therefore quite busy. The hot water in the shower didn't last for very long and the apartment lacked natural light however aside from that, everything matched the description.

The place is very central and easy to get around with RER and multiple metro lines. The apartment itself had more that I expected (table, iron etc) and the host was always quick with a response if help was needed. Overall very smooth experience

The accommodation was almost well. But upon arrival, the fridge didn’t work and a very bed smell emanated from it. Thanks to the owner for replacing it literally 2 days later. The accommodation is suitable for a short stay, about a week. It is inconvenient to live here for a long time. No washing machine and very little space. But the worst thing is that in the bathroom there was a clothes dryer that was poorly secured when turned on and fell on my head, I almost lost consciousness. The room is located on the 3rd floor and it is very inconvenient to lift a large suitcase, there is no elevator in the building. The owner was very kind and helpful and the location was great in the very center of Paris.

Not only is the studio in great shape as in the photos and in the best location in Paris, the host is extremely kind and helpful, going out of his way to help me. Also, the studio has no TV or kitchen, which is perfect for me:-) An awesome deal!! Thank you so much for the happiest time I had!!!
