What a cool condo in a lovely spot! And local contact Jeffrey is the kindest most helpful air bnb host ever, of all time. When i accidentally parked in the wrong parking lot (so yeah… its the one directly next to the unit that you park in, not the one sort of up and behind it, 100 percent my fault) and got towed, not only did Jeffrey immediately respond to my call, but when we realized it was my error and not his, (and not even the towing service for his lot) he STILL immediately worked some kind of wild magic and helped me get my car back even though it was absolutely not his problem to solve. I do not know what i would have done without his help on that end and it was like, beyond above and beyond!! The condo is really awesome and we really loved our stay despite my parking error. Smash Burger downstairs is delicious, but you can also easily walk to lots of other great food and things to do from here. Thanks again Jeffrey for being so kind and for letting us stay at your place!

Enjoyed a very nice family vacation. The apartment had everything you would need. The space was bright and very spacious and very well appointed . The location was within walking distance to all the restaurants in downtown.

Enjoyed a great weekend in the heart of downtown. Easy walk to Market Square and tons of restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

We were in town touring the University of TN campus and were so pleased with the location of this property. It truly is close to EVERYTHING. We were like 6 minutes to the parking garage on campus, and Old Town is right beside you. Try STIR across the way and Smashcity Burger is literally underneath the property and we ate it 2x because it was SO delicious! Chef there and staff so delightful. The dog park across the street is amazing if you are bringing your pooch! The home is updated very nicely and if you are a chef, the kitchen is a major treat! The parking was easy to find and there are paid meters out front for additional cars or public parking close by. We will stay at this home again when we return. Stanley Garden Center is a must if into gardening. UT Creamery, Bliss, Wild Love, Tupelo Honey, Sweet Pea Garden and Shop, Cruze Farms for ice cream, and Smokey Mt Fly Shop were some of our favorites. Alchemy a short walk for a bourbon and cigar if your crew desires.
