This place was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in. Easy access to all the surrounding activities. Very large master bedroom facing the lake. Nice layout.

We loved the house, neighborhood and location. It was very clean and nicer than the pictures! It was perfect for our family of 5 and our 3 kids LOVED the loft upstairs, playing in the backyard and fishing on the dock. The only downside was that the shower didn’t have a lot of water pressure and the key code was not correct at check in, however they called us fairly quickly to fix it. We would definitely stay again!

Charming little cottage. Very well equiped. I have never had enough hangers in an AirBnB and we had plenty. Also the kitchen was so well equiped. Beautiful view of the lake and so close to everything. Lovely grounds. Comfy beds. The ERA Team was very helpful and took care of our needs. Cottage was clean. The neighbors were very freindly as well. I would stay here again.

This absolutely could be a five-star property. It is in a great location with a wonderful yard and a beautiful view of the lake. If you decide to visit, here is what you should know: -The water has a terrible sulfur smell. I am sure it is safe, but it has an absolutely foul odor and taste. You will want to bring your own drinking water. -There are two bathrooms, but both are on the first floor, which poses a problem because: -If you sleep upstairs you will absolutely hit your head on the ceiling when descending the stairs. The owners have placed a hanging lamp and a chair at the base of the stairs that makes it difficult to get down. I had to take the lamp down to safely descend the stairs. -There is no A/C, which is fine. They do have fans, but the biggest issue is they are using cheap linens at the property. They are a cotton/poly blend which gets incredibly hot in the summer. A professionally managed home using a linen service should be using hotel-quality linens. Every time I used a towel it shed fibers. -Speaking of the linens, if you are traveling to get here and don’t want to make a bed when you arrive, you will be disappointed. The linens are in a pouch and you will need to make the bed yourself. I know they do this to “prove” the sheets are clean. But if you are using high-quality sheets and thoroughly cleaning, it will be obvious that the sheets you put on the guests’ beds are clean. -There is no dishwasher at the home. You will need to wash the dishes by hand and they expect you to clean them before you leave. They are using a generic message that references using a dishwasher. They should take the time and effort to make the message unique to each property and not reference appliances that are not present. -I had to message the host three times to get the access instructions. If you are someone that likes to plan ahead you will be disappointed when the host misses their 11am commitment to send property instruction as they did for me. -The cleaning crew left some trash from previous renters and left the hand soap dispensers empty. -If you visit in summer, the mosquitos will absolutely tear you up when you spend time on the patio. Bring bug spray. The owner may want to consider screening in the porch. -They provide both drip and K-cup coffee makers, but no coffee. Bring your own. -This is an old home that has had additions. Be careful of the thresholds between rooms, because they are not even. The standard for a professionally-managed home is higher than for an owner-operator. There are digital tools that the property manager could be using to simplify and automate the messaging process. This absolutely could be a 5-star property across the board, and it is obvious that until very recently this home was loved. Unfortunately, it does not seem like there is much care or attention being put into this home now. There is absolutely an opportunity for the property owners and managers to improve here by being more responsive, more aware of their property, and to hold themselves accountable to ensuring a great stay for their guests.

Great little cabin on the Lake! I originally was worried the living areas may be two small for our party of 5, but it worked out perfectly. Communication was prompt and the space was Well stocked & clean. The views and patio area can’t be beat. We’ll definitely be back!
