kevin est un très bon hôte qui propose un logement agréable quartier résidentiel proche du NYPD de brooklyn , aucun bruit dansle quartier . les voisins de kévin sont également super accessibles et vraiment très gentil . un peu loin d une bouche de métro 1km à 1km5 à peu près à pied . un peu déçu de la salle de bain qui était plus petite que je ne l'avais imaginer avec les photos mais sinon tout était vraiment très bien =)

First off, what an oasis in Brooklyn! Kevin's AirBnB was clearly a labour of love. Toys, a crib and a tiny table for our daughter (which she loved). Kevin is responsive and kind. He gave us some great recommendations. Footprints had amazing Carribean food and we actually really enjoyed Napoli pizza! The pool and parking were both very nice to have. We used the pool many times throughout the week as it was really warm out. Very clean. Laundry, a dishwasher and the TVs were amazing additions. Kevin had many extras, some we used and some we didn't, such as humidifier, child safety locks, air purifiers, laundry tabs, dishwasher tabs, air conditioning and even children's utensils. This spot is very close to the subway, a shopping district and many delis (we enjoyed chopped cheese). Thank you Kevin for allowing us to stay in your home. I will suggest your home to anyone who asks and hopefully we will be back!

I had a great time - the pool/ hot tub takes a while to warm up, so I would make sure that's on and working right when you arrive if you plan on using them. The home was clean, and Kevin was very kind and patient with any questions we had. Thank you!
