We enjoyed our stay in peaceful beautifully surrounds and well appointed Shack!

We booked this accommodation for the lovely outdoor seating and we werent disappointed. We spent each afternoon and evening sitting on the balcony listening to and watching the multitude of parrots. The apartment itself is very well set up with lots of space, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and everything was in pristine condition. Yvette and her husband were great communicators and left some lovely snacks. We also discovered the Emerald Village Bakery - by far the best bakery we have ever been to. As well as baked goods they do homemade dinners, my husband bought the lasagne and he said it was beautiful. His comment: "if we lived here we would just rotate through these dinners each night" Thanks for a great stay Yvette.

I had a wonderful stay at The Shack! It was so cosy and comfortable and a home away from home. The view was beautiful and it was lovely to sit on the deck and watch the birds and the bunnies in the paddock. The stars at night were spectacular! And the couch is super comfy. Yvette and Peter are lovely and were quick to respond if I had a question. Highly recommend for a relaxing break. Just to note: The Shack was not as secluded or far away from the main house as implied, however it was still fairly private. There was little to no privacy from the tiny house on the property (that they also rent out), which is opposite The Shack and shares the driveway. Unfortunately half of the deck can be seen from the tiny house.
