This is a beautiful walk up flat in a wondeful part of Paris. It was charming and comfortable. A perfect retreat in a wonderful city.

We enjoyed a wonderful extended stay at this charming apartment. It served as a terrific starting and ending point for our daily explorations across central Paris. A sensible use of space combines with tall ceilings and windows to create a place comfortable beyond its size. As there is no elevator, navigating three flights of stairs is required. The climb is rewarded by pleasing views and distance from the bustling walking and biking commercial corridor below (there are few cars owing to the narrow street). There is a wide range of nearby dining and affordable take-out options. Olivier was a responsive host. Overall, this is a great place if you want to experience Paris like a local.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. There are tons of restaurants and cafes right outside the door and many museums and attractions are close by.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Olivier was very responsive and helpful. The place was warm and quiet and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Olivier’s apartment was just awesome! The location was fantastic and the apartment had a wonderful Parisian style. Olivier was beyond accommodating and friendly - from planning my visit, to my arrival and my departure. He provided so many recommendations that it made planning for a three-day weekend effortless. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience staying there. If you have the opportunity, please go to Freddy’s restaurant. Olivier recommended this place and it has become my favorite. I went there twice. Also, the apartment is so close to the RER that getting to the apartment from the airport was easy. You will find all the conveniences of home and a must stay. I can’t wait to return to Paris and stay here again!
