DO NOT STAY WITH THIS HOST! A PICTURES SPEAK 1000 WORDS. I have many photos to share! Stains on all furniture Stains on all linens The knob at the top of the stairs are loose and coming off posing safety issues for guests. Lots of dust on the chairs and window sills. TV was broken Cobwebs through out home No secondary exit in bunk room- unsafe for any guest especially children Everything is dated and dirty. When addressed they blamed previous guests for being “hard” on their property. They get you with the pictures of the kitchen. The property I. It’s entirely does not look like this. It is not comfortable or clean. Do not pay the $2000+!

We were looking for a place to house our large extended family (15 adults and 4 children) to celebrate my son’s wedding in St. Petersburg. This place had PLENTY of space indoors and out, including parking for all of us! We were minutes from Indian Rocks beaches and restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby as well. We enjoyed the pool, patio, and deck! The kitchen had more than enough space to gather (sitting or standing) to enjoy dinner and breakfast and snacking together! The large living rooms allowed us to be together without feeling crowded! There were a few circumstances that required contacting the hosts but they were very quick to respond and address the needs we had. They welcomed honest feedback from our group that led to a better overall stay. We will certainly consider this place again if the need arises for another stay!!

Great communication. Very easy to access and utilize. Plenty of towels, linens, dishes etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Would utilize these folks again. Top-notch!

Reggie and Melanie were phenomenal host . We had a terrible experience and had to rebook within hours of our flight. They was awesome and helping us quickly relocate . Very friendly and always stayed in touch,as well as checking up on us. Thanks for making my wife’s birthday a truly a great time!!! The best!!!
