Good and serene place

We had an awesome stay at Aadhya Homestay. The host (Yukta) was very sweet and welcoming and so was her whole family. Aunty's cooked food was the most delicious, yummy, detectable. Her egg curry reminded me of my mom's egg curry. A very good place to relax and also an outstanding place for birders. If one is a birder then don't need to go anywhere. The property is surrounded by lush greenery that welcomes lots beautiful birds. One can sit whole day outside the balcony and click the birds. The only con of the place is the road. As the property has no direct connection with the road so either one has to take the unpaved road or use the stairs to reach the property. 172 steps in total but then again taking those steps are worth it as the view is beautiful, the host is awesome and very friendly and aunty's cooked food is the best. It is a birder's paradise, and I managed to click 22 bird species during my stay from comfort of balcony. 5⭐ place that you should book without hesitation.

Aadhya Homestay - A Quaint Hamlet Home. This cute little place is something just out of a fairy tale. Nestled in 13th Mile, above Gangotri School, this place just provides what you need, for a calm and refreshing stay! Yes, one needs to climb some steps to reach the property but that can easily be forgotten once you have a glance of the homestay from a distance. A cute little lawn welcomes you to the property! Yukta is literally a Super Star rather than a super host. Our booking was on a very short notice, so she was very much helpful and we didn't have any kind of problems at all. Yuvraaj was the coolest dude there and he guided us on our short treks from the homestay. Aunty also cooked us the best and the nicest meals. All the vegetables are organically grown in the farm, hence it is tasty and fresh. Meowto and 2 other kitties were the show stoppers. They are very friendly and is eagerly waiting to welcome you. It was a home away from home. The host and her family indeed are superhosts and super cooperative. Though it was task, reaching up there but once you reach it was pristine and worth the wait!! Highly recommended
