We loved staying in this villa. The infinity pool overlooking for forest was quite amazing and a great place to relax. Just one issue was that the Swing wasn't available during our stay, it was a bit of a surprise to us since that was the villa's name. Nevertheless it was still enjoyable and the staff cooked us a great breakfast instead. The whole family had a great time staying here. It's also situated in quiet location and is close to shops/cafe. The villa staff were a delight and always happy to help. Thanks so much for making our stay memorable.

My first issue came from a situation before arriving, we had several people in our party who became sick (flu/covid season). One person and her partner were unable to attend due to a medical emergency. When I messaged the host, prior to the start date about the situation to cancel or modify the dates, I was even willing to take a financial hit, they told me no. Secondly, many drivers refused to drive to the entrance of the villa because the road was so narrow and unlit. On two occasions, we were unable to get into our villa for a while because of the neighbors dogs who blocked the road and barked at us. I reached out to the host AND Airbnb who told me it was out of their control. It’s frustrating to face these safety issues as two women when, had the host shown humility beforehand, it could have been avoided. The concierge and manager were kind, as the reviews stated, but the experience had a dark cloud due to the safety issue at night and issues we had prior to our stay.

Notre séjour dans la villa swing a été génial. Un accueil et des services parfait pour que vous vous sentiez bien dans la maison. Un petit café à l’entrée de la servitude pour les petits déjeuner et les fruits du matin. On y reviendra sans aucun soucis. Notre hôte nous a également trouvé un chauffeur privé pour le retour à l’aéroport avec un service porte à porte sans prise de tête.
