Joe and Leslie's cabin was the cabin in the woods - but from a Hallmark movie. The creek and surroundings were serene and peaceful. The doggo played and played. The cabin itself made great use of space, while keeping the "feel" of the cabin. The attention to the guest's needs and anticipation of wants was spot on. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

They did their best to describe this home but there are actually no words that they could have used to actually say what calmness and peaceful place we were about to walk into. We have been going to the mountains for about ten years now periodically through out year and we always choose new places to stay but this was the most special and peaceful place we have ever stayed! I am not exaggerating I am being totally honest! Sitting on the back porch the presence of our Lord and Savior met us …..soooooo peaceful and private. This place is where people find God ….fall in love …..and rest….. need I say more! I really don’t think there are words in the English language that can express what we experienced while staying here! We will be back!

We stayed a week at this cozy cabin with our Black Lab. Easy to check in and easy to check out. Wonderful ambiance in a sparkling clean cabin with all the little amenities one could ask. Day trips to the surrounding mountains were simple and fun. The only downside of the entire trip was the weather... rain and wind for 5 days but you can't do anything about that. Joe is a great host, always available to answer questions and even offered additional firewood to make our stay more enjoyable when the weather forced us inside. Hope to stay again in the future, thanks for an enjoyable get- away.

We absolutely loved this cabin! The location was perfect, far enough in the mountains to make you feel secluded but close enough to a small town with a grocery store and restaurants if you forget something or feel like eating out. The cabin itself was cozy, clean and very well designed in a way that my wife, two small kids and I felt comfortable in and not crowded. It was also very well stocked with whatever you might want for a weekend away. The property outside was beautiful and included a good sized yard, flowing creek and firepit all of which we used and thoroughly enjoyed. Joe the owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. We made wonderful family memories here and can't wait to come back some day!

This was our 2nd time staying at Joe and Leslie’s cabin and definitely won’t be our last. This is our favorite place to go, our kids and dog love it just as much as we do. The cabin has everything you need and more. Joe and Leslie are so thoughtful and thorough and go the extra mile to make sure their guests enjoy their time. The cabin is located on a creek that is perfect for wading and playing in. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the creek at night was so peaceful. We can’t wait to return!
