If you want to basque in the enjoyment of God's handiwork along with Man's creativity from this patio then this is your place to stay. views are spectacular and since I don't sleep much I enjoyed the moon at 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning shining proudly from the sky. Odette the caretaker was very helpful and takes so much pride of this place as does David. The bus lines are 15 and 30 and run very regular right outside the door. you can walk down the hill maybe 15 minutes to a delicious restaurant called La vignan as well as Los Arcades and San Juan . I do not recommend Le plongier on the sea unless you can throw money away as we did $250! couldn't find the food on the plate! service was only mediocre and I expected a gourmet taste which it was not. Carnot is perfect to walk around to beautiful city of Nice and David has all of the amenities you need to have a enjoyable stay Carrefour supermarket to the left. but take the bus! We felt very safe walking all hours . C'est Bien!

We have stayed in over 50 rentals in nice and would say this is one of the nicest . It is well equipped with everything you need and has the best view in nice..the balcony is lovely and gets sun for most of the day.i would love to return and can promise you that you won’t be disappointed

Séjour très très bien , appartement très propre, bien désisté par les transports soit pour allé au centre de Nice que pour allé vers Monaco le long de la côte. Ménage très bien fait Le plus de l’appartement c’est sûrement la terrasse avec la vue sur la mer et le parking dans l’immeuble.( pas négligeable pour les personnes qui vienne à Nice avec la voiture). Communication au top avec David et Odette . Merci ancore David de nous avoir accueilli chez vous et peut-être à une prochaine fois . À bientôt Anna et Felice
