My wife and I stayed at Erin's Riverside Retreat in April 2024, and we loved it! We would recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Fergus/Elora area. We were there to attend a conference which took most of our time, so we didn't get to enjoy many of the things in the area. We did see Vitoria Park, Lovers Leap and a small bit of the gorge. We'd recommend spending time in this lovely historic and natural area. The unit is very close to the river and the river bank is dangerous, which Erin correctly describes in her documentation. But this also means the location is extremely quiet and remote. It felt like we were staying in the woods. Exactly what we needed. Erin was very responsive with all our communications and very friendly. Thank you Erin!

My husband and I live a few hours away. We needed a place to stay while we helped our daughter with some renovations 15 minutes from Fergus. Not wanting to sleep on the floor, I looked for an airbnb. It was nice to have a clean space to return to after a long day of work. Since we weren't staying in a hotel room, there was lots of room for our daughter, her boyfriend and their dog to come back with us for dinner afterwards. The view from the screened porch was lovely. I look forward to booking again when we are there for relaxation! Thanks for opening your home to us!

I will definitely be going back to this place! Beautiful surroundings, just by the grand river ! The apartment was private and was decorated lovely. Such a cozy place! Hosts were responsive and even let me have a late checkout because I wasn’t feeling great. I’d highly recommend!

The space was comfortable and quiet. Great location close to town amenities. I would stay again when I come back to visit family.

Cozy place to stay with an atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. Coffee on the porch directly above the river was fantastic as well!
