We stayed for 2 nights. The neighborhood was quiet. We walked around the block. Annastacia gave lots of local recommendations. She was very informative about all instructions.

We had a great time in St. Louis and Annastacia's place was a good, clean, quiet place that had just the right accommodations for our family to call home for our time here. We did have a handful of issues that we reached out to the host on, including kitchen lighting, supplies, etc, but weren't able to get any help with. We just worked around what we needed while still enjoying our stay / trip AND getting a great view of the total solar eclipse nearby on the way home :-). This is a nice, quiet place, and would definitely recommend to others if the host might consider addressing the kitchen setup and a few other minor things that could use some attention for a better future guest experience. Thanks again for the use of your space on our trip!!!

Overall, great experience! Anastacia was always quick to respond, and perfectly understanding and accommodating. the house was well furnished and as advertised with the only exception being that we could not get the fireplace to work, could have been dead batteries in the remote. Wasn't a big deal to us as we spent most of our time exploring the city and not in the house. I would definitely recommend this host for anyone looking for a place to stay in St. Louis!

It got the job done but had a few issues. There was a door on the side of the house, that I guess, led to a basement that people kept going in and out of. We never saw them but it almost sounded like they were going to come in the house. I didn’t see anything about that in the listing. There is only one couch in the living room and we had multiple people staying so some of us had to sit on the floor to hang out in there. A few of the tvs wouldn’t work right. The toilet clogged at one point and there was no plunger so we went and bought one and left it there. It was clean and beds weren’t bad, but had a few little weird things as I mentioned.

The lighting was poor. The dining situation was not conducive for comfortability. There was not enough seating for four adults. There were a few areas that could have been a little tidier , but overall the property was nice. Will I reserve the property again , maybe. This property would not be my first choice but it would be my second choice. If the property seek to maybe change some of the above listed concerns I would reserve this property again.
