Selfishly, I hate to rate Kari’s place so highly since it could lock us out of our own future visits. That aside, though, the place is perfect — spacious, well-appointed, light-filled throughout the day, well-located. Kari could not be more receptive to any needs. We thank her for this wonderful place and ourselves for finding it.

Kari is a lovely host! She’s very warm, inviting, a great communicator and super kind. The home was nicely appointed, and cozy. The location is ideal for walking to downtown, and it’s one of the nicest home on that street.

This was our second time staying at Kari's home and it is amazing! We experienced the same extremely clean, well maintained, and perfectly appointed getaway. We were able to enjoy the very private backyard with our dog, who loved lounging on the deck and playing in the grass. The two workspaces are comfortable and the internet was fast and reliable. The location is perfect - a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic and friendly neighbors. It is just a short walk to the plaza where we spent most evenings and weekends enjoyed the variety of restaurants and tasting rooms. Kari is a great host. She is very responsive and easy to communicate with, and she even added small amenities that we suggested from our first visit, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Firstly, Kari is a great host! She initiated first contact on our check in day to make sure everything was good for us. She ordered a new knife set when I told her the current ones were dull and offered to have the living room rug replaced immediately when I shared photos with stains (we declined, it wast that bad). She checked in half way through our stay and again before check out and quickly responded whenever I had a question. Secondly, the house was amazing! Great location, open kitchen/living/dining that opened up onto the large private backyard. We enjoyed sitting outside with our pups and even saw the July 4th fireworks from the patio! The master bedroom was spacious and the very bed comfortable. Additionally the house is located within a quick walk to the square. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, great backyard, perfect location and Kari is a great host. The house was even better than pictured, extremely clean and well maintained and has all of the essentials we needed for a month long visit. The home has a great open layout with a well provisioned kitchen, relaxing family room, and large bedrooms with very comfortable beds and workspaces. Large dining room table was great for family meals and games while kitchen had island seating and a small table for breakfast. Located on a quiet street and just a 15 minute walk to downtown where we enjoyed a variety of great restaurants, tasting rooms, galleries and shopping. There are two grocery stores less than 5 minutes away for everything you could want during your stay. Kari was very friendly and extremely responsive and checkin and checkout were very easy. Already planning our return visit.
