Lovely apartment in the lowest level of the host’s house in the Stubai valley. Close to hiking, cycling and attractions. Host is very attentive and helpful and the property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would recommend.

The apartment, which comprises the lower floor of the Seewald family home, is in a beautiful, quiet and elevated position in Mieders, with stunning views to the surrounding mountains and to the Stubai valley below. The pretty patio, for exclusive use with the apartment, was a wonderful, peaceful place to sit and enjoy the amazing scenery. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable with good cooking facilities and ample storage and we found it immaculately clean on our arrival. Karl, the owner, is a generous and very thoughtful, welcoming host, who knows the area like the back of his hand and offers helpful advice about the region. The provision of the Stubai Super Card was a valuable bonus. It was included in the apartment rental price and gave us easy access to the lifts, public transport and the alpine slide. In all, we had a wonderful stay at the apartment and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

It was a fantastic experience during our stay in Karl Seewald’s place in Birkanger 3. House Owner and family stay in same place, so they were very helpful in advising and communicating with us for various queries including exploration of Mieders, Fulpmes and Stubai. They have a nice and beautiful garden where we enjoyed our evenings over coffee and some wines. I would recommend this place to anybody who plans to stay in the mountain part of Innsbruck.
