Dine outside on the patio overlooking the fabulous views of the lake in the evenings, or drive 15 min to downtown Kelowna to enjoy the restaurants in the area. There are plenty of wineries to visit in the area as well. The upstairs dwelling of the house has 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom and another full bathroom on the main level. The Heat Pump and other improvements make this new house a 4/5 level energy efficient home with room temperature control and excellent air quality. 10 minutes to Save-On-Foods, gas stations, shops & banks. 15-20 minutes to downtown Kelowna. 10 minutes to wineries in Lake Country. Guests have full use of the whole house including the deck and backyard (un-fenced) with the exception of the secondary suite where there is a full time monthly tenant. We don't expect you to run into each other as they have their own entrance/exit - although you may see someone watering the garden.
