Erwin and Joshua were great hosts. they checked in without being invasive. The villa is cozy, open, and private. It is less than a 15 minute walk to the high rise resort area and has quick access to the main road. The pool was perfect and the beach items made trips to the beach easy and comfortable.

This home was perfect for our group of 6! The pool was great to sit out by in the evenings. It was close to a lot of restaurants and sites. Definitely recommend.

The place is located away from the big hotels but still can walk to the beach (have to cross couple of roads, however). Restaurants around the place are interesting and more affordable than the touristy areas. The villa is just want we needed. Clean, big, with pool and everything else you need for a vacation.

Our party stayed at Erwin’s Villa for 2 weeks! It was delightful!! Erwin communicated while we were there. Joshua, property manager, was in touch with us and very easy to get a hold of! The location perfect. Walking distance to everything. If you need a place for comfort, privacy, entertainment, sun, beach and fun this is the place. We all truly enjoyed our time!

This is the place to stay in Aruba, private villa in the best location in palm beach, short walk to all restaurants and beach Erwin and Joshua were excellent to deal with , very quick responses and always there to help making sure you get the most out of your trip The villa is extremely clean and tidy Whether you want to go to the beach or spend the day at the villas pool , this is the perfect place to stay Highly recommended Will be booking again ! #1 place to stay
