I was staying here with 2 cats. During reservation I explicitly stated that I will have 2 pets with me, I also wrote to three you about it. Host confirmed my reservation without any reply. When I came to the hotel the receptionist informed me that I must pay 15 euro per night pet cat. So the stay off my anymals costed me more than mine. Also I asked of the receptionist if there are any sleepers because the floor in the shower was very cold and my GF was starting to get sick - he look at me with eyes rolled as if I were asking for charity, simple "no, sorry, we don't have sleepers" would be enough. After contacting the host about no communication about pets and staying that I entered this information on the system twice I got the reply that she did not understand that I will be traveling with pets, that there is a note about it in the rules and that in future she will try to make it more explicit (like I will ever book here again)

I can not comment on the actual accommodation as I had to cancel the reservation due to Mariann wanting to charge for service dogs. I got a full refund.
