The space was clean and close to shopping and other conveniences. The beds were comfortable and the space had everything we needed. It was well furnished and the gathering space was great. There is a dog upstairs that barked loudly and the entrance into the unit from the garage did not feel private as there was no way to lock the door when we left and the upstairs tenants use the garage. There was a washer and dryer there but they weren’t working. Spencer did offer to compensate us for that. Overall, our family enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and though it was chilly in this basement apartment, there were space heaters everywhere and blankets. Nice space.

Dog barked at us when we were coming and going the one day. One guest mentioned they could hear someone snoring above their room. Check in instructions were good but check out was unclear. Tried asking where they wanted the sheets after stripping them and got no reply. Was asked to take out garbage but found no outside dumpster for the bag so we took it with us..... Kitchen had a good amount of supplies. Bathroom was clean. King bed felt unstable on frame. Would be nice to have a fan. Couches were comfy.

Great all-around stay! 3 separate bedrooms and beds was nice. All the beds were very comfortable. Space was clean and snacks were a nice touch. As mentioned in a previous review, there is no door separating the space and this did not sit right with us. I understand this is due to code but if the tenant wanted to come downstairs for whatever reason they could open the door from the garage or the house and enter. Was not an issue at all but needed to be said.
