Check-in was easy enough and automatic, but we found the place still needing to be cleaned thoroughly, as cleaning supplies and a pile of dirt with broom were left behind. It was like the cleaning crew had left for the holidays before finishing. We also found wet sheets and towels left in the dryer, and despite running again, the dryer wasn't working. Todd was apologetic and offered a next-door unit and laundry in the back basement, but by then, we were settled in and decided to stay. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Despite the location being on a bustling oneway street and requiring care getting in and out, it was a good base for us to complete the Slice of Seneca County Pizza & Geocaching Trail.
