The place is gorgeous.. pictures didn’t do it justice! I wish I could have stayed there! We had a bad storm come through and took out the power and water. But our Host was wonderful and caring. I will be coming back! If you need a nice getaway this is the place!

This place was the perfect getaway!! The waterfront was the best. Since this was downstairs, it did get slightly loud with a family/kids/dog upstairs so just a heads up if that bothers you. It didn’t bother me a bit! No doubt I will be back! :)

Lower Cove was the perfect anniversary getaway! Beautiful views and we were lucky enough to have the whole property to ourselves as no other guests were on property.

Very clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable, with incredible view of the TN River with the dazzling fall colors beyond.

What a great find this was. The view was fantastic and the location turned out to be perfect for our hiking adventures in the area. There's a ton of trails nearby and I wish we had booked a longer trip to explore them all. The basement rental was very spacious and it didn't feel like a basement at all. Normal high ceilings, a king-sized bed, and well appointed large kitchen really made this feel like we could have stayed here a long time and never felt cramped. We tried our hand at the kayaks but it was a bit too cold. Very nice thing to offer though - maybe we'll come back and rent the whole house sometime. I will say that nobody else was upstairs while we were here, so it was quiet.
