El apartamento esta bien ubicado. Al lado de un parque y cerca de michos restaurantes. El supermercado esta a unos 8 minutos andando. Alvaro responde muy rapido a cualquier duda y es muy amable. El apartamento tiene lavadora/secadora. La habitacion es un poco ruidosa a veces, yo utilice tapones y no tuve ningun problema para dormir. La habitación tiene aire acondicionado.

Excelente hospedaje en buena ubicación. Cocina amplia y completamente equipada. El cuarto cuenta con un muy buen aire acondicionado, televisión y una cama grande. El baño también es amplio. Máquina de lavar y secadora. La zona es tranquila y a pocos metros de la Estación de metro de Vía Argentina. Álvaro también siempre fue bastante cordial y respondía rápido cualquier duda o mensaje que yo tuviera. Recomiendo 100%.

I spent over a month here trying to look for an apartment for an international exchange program I’m doing. This airbnb was in a great location. Next to various restaurants, less than a 10 minute walk from the metro, and very easy to navigate. Alvaro was a great host. Offered to have my room cleaned and sheets changed in addition to the flexibility checking in and out. Thank you so much Alvaro.

It was exactly how he described. It is a very inexpensive place to sleep and shower. Ot could use a few upgrades to the bed mattress and pillows but with that would probably come higher prices per night. Well worth what I paid and it felt like I was alone the whole time. Only saw the host once for about 20 seconds. Would recommend this place for any budget traveller that isn't too picky.
