Matched the description. That’s actually impressive. 24/7 stores nearby. F train is close. Multiple bus lines. Peaceful neighborhood. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Warm and cosy. Super accessible and friendly host. I’d stay again.

It is a nice place, fairly roomy with a private entrance and plenty of space for clothes in a set of drawers and a closet. The kitchen is plenty adequate, as is the bathroom. The bed is not comfortable, however; it seems to slope and it does not provide a very good night's sleep. The other negative was the elevator, which was out of service and the apartment is on the fifth floor. Work is being done on the elevator so this problem should be taken care of. As seems to be the case in many older New York apartments, the temperature was on the warm side, even with the windows open (and this was October). We did not use the window air conditioner, but it appeared to be new, and it would probably provide adequate cooling in the summer. It is altogether a nice apartment for the price.

We loved our stay at Sarah's place. She was very responsive to our messages and easy to get a hold of. It was the perfect apartment and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Exactly as advertised, very clean and inviting. Thank you Sarah for a wonderful stay!
