Beautiful villa only a 10 min walk from the heart of Split. Was super easy to get in and out of the villa and the villa was as described in the listing. Based on all the other hotels and Airbnb's I looked into during my stay, this AirBnB was definitely at the top of the list as far as amenities, space, and value were concerned. Would love to stay at this villa again in the future when I come back to Split. Helena was also very kind and responsive whenever we had questions on Split or checkin/out.

Such a fantastic stay! We stayed with our 1 year old and parents whilst visiting for a wedding. The apartment is beautiful. Very clean and the communication was faultless. A short walk into old town. Thank you so much for our stay.

Die Villa Central - Loft Apartment ist eine rundum tolle Unterkunft. Sie ist gut erreichbar (mit dem Auto und zu Fuss). In die Altstadt (Zentrum) dauert es 10 Minuten und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) welche in 5 Minuten erreichbar sind. Die Vermieter konnten bei unserem Check-in leider nicht vor Ort sein, jedoch kamen sie zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt für einen kurzen Besuch vorbei und gaben uns Tips/Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation verlief allgemein einfach und unkompliziert. Weitere war es sauber und die Einrichtung/Ausstattung bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und würden es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

The Villa and Helena were amazing!!! Halina had excellent communication and was so lovely to meet in person upon arrival. She met me downstairs and explained everything about the Villa. She met me downstairs and explained everything about the Villa. It looks exactly as it is in the picture brand new, very clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The location is outstanding and walkable to everything in such a beautiful neighborhood. I highly suggest this place. I will definitely rent again!
