Vincent's place was a lovely, peaceful haven of rest. The terrace was the best part, with the fish pond, fountain, birds, trees and flowers -- so soothing! The whole place was very spacious, especially the outdoor areas, where there was a long clothesline for items to dry in the sunshine. Vincent was a helpful, kind, and easy to communicate with in French. The village is small, beautiful, and quaint, with a well-loved mayor! ...perfect for a getaway from the cities, and so close to the amazing chateaux, and also some WW2 sites in the region! Tours is a 30 min train ride away. We loved Esvres-our-Indre!

We felt at home straight away. Everything we could ask for in a location was available. Ideal base for visiting the Loire Chateaux, and other locations. Great place to stay for a small family or a couple. We had a wonderful Christmas holiday, and would definitely recommend Vincent's house. He is a great host, very responsive and provided great information for us. Thank you Vincent, we enjoyed our stay greatly!

Logement correspondant à la description. Très bien équipé. Calme, proche à pied du centre du village et de l Indre. Séjour très agréable. Nous y reviendrons volontiers.
