Great as a temporary housing while you are looking for a permanent place. International travelers love it so much because of its location and close to shopping/restaurants, entertainment, parks with biking/jogging paths, HWY's, YMCA. Everything in walking or close driving distance. Bus station and Walmart in the neighborhood. My ranch style home is 4beds/3baths with shared 2 big living rooms/ full kitchen and kitchenette, private fully fenced back yard and deck. 2 rooms upstairs and each has a private bathroom. 2 Rooms downstairs share one big bathroom. This is private bedroom w/private large bathroom featuring a queen size bed, workstation with lamp, nightstand with lamp, big closet, dresser, TV. The bathroom has bathtub with Shower combo. The guests can use our entire common areas: full kitchen and kitchenette, 2 living rooms, private back yard with nice relaxing deck area. We have laundry access for a long term stay. Conclusion is that you will feel at home and be able to use everything that your home away from home is offering , but at the same time you will have your own private bed/bath .
