The house was nice and the location has great. While the pictures make it seem the property is directly on the water and the river is in the backyard, it is not.

Great spot overall for a group of 9. Very clean, well furnished and overall super comfortable. Super close to the town and all local needs - grocery store, the shops, downtown Winberely and the Blanco river. Would book again!

We loved the beautiful location of this family-friendly home and guest house. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and several have bunk beds for kiddos. Our large family with lots of grand-kids loved the bunk cubbies and the foos-ball, roasting marshmallows in the pavillion fireplace and watching deer graze the property. Wimberley Waters is within walking distance of the charming downtown Wimberley area. We experienced several glitches with some of the appliances, however. The lower oven came on, but was not really reliable - the upper oven is convection and we couldn't get it to work reliably either. Fortunately there was a reliable conventional oven in the guest house. The disposal didn't work either. Just double check with the management before accessing the property to make SURE everything is in working order.

This was an awesome place for our family get away. The only downside is that it didn’t have a washer/dryer. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property right in the middle of Wimberley. Plenty of room to entertain a large group.
