We stayed three nights at Rivendell for a group retreat. The location right on the lake is beautiful and the main house and carriage house were both very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking implements you might need. It was great having two separate spaces for different activities, however, the wifi in the carriage house did not work very well, no issues in the main house though. Overall our stay was excellent. Thanks!

this is our second year staying here for our ladies retreat. It was just a beautiful as last year! Such a peaceful spot. Diana is so quick to respond if we needed anything. Hopefully we will be back next year!

The place was wonderful for our group of friends. The manager was readily in communication with us. One issue was that there did not seem to be internet signal in the suite over the garage so the AppleTv set up there couldn’t be used. It so happened that we were outside most of the time anyway and enjoying the waterfront.

Perfect for our family gathering. Every year we get together with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. This place is by far the best place we’ve ever stayed in! Right on a beautiful lake (with lovely turtles!), wonderful swimming, canoeing, paddle boarding, paddle boating and using floaties!! Bald eagles, swallows, robins, doves and many others. Beautiful birdsongs! The house and the over the garage bedrooms, bathroom and the entertaining space are so spacious. The kitchen is a dream (two dishwashers!!) and is really well equipped. So much yard space front and back for kids to play inside fenced property. Half an hour to Fernie. We plan to return!
